New TN legislation allows emergency care, Life Force transport for injured K9s
Nearly a dozen K9s took a trip to the Tennessee Riverpark on Monday morning in recognition of the passage of the K9 Emergency Medical Care and Transport Act.
Sponsored by Hamilton County lawmakers Michele Reneau and Bo Watson, SB2069 allows K9s to receive emergency care, including Life Force transport, if injured in the line of duty.
